It seems, with the sun, the record temperatures, and the weeks of summer left to still enjoy, everyone in the nation is after the very best barbecue in all of catering.
It is more or less a nation pastime at this point. The second the summer begins and the sun even creeps out for just a little bit of time, every park, every garden, in the country will have smokestacks rising out of it from someone’s barbecue. A little bit of sunshine and we are all rushing to the shops to pick up our burgers, sausages, rolls, and disposable BBQ’s if need be, and heading out with friends and family to enjoy one of the best day’s of summer dining around. These are butcher quality as we source from our own crop of high-end stocks and British farms fresh each week. With the expertise of our chefs we are then able to turn these into lovely handmade burgers and sausages with a little extra added flavouring and spicing.
Our mobile hog roast machines then also double as a barbecue. This gives us a barbecue with industrial power. We can cook a good couple of dozen burgers, sausages, ribs, skewers, kebabs, you name it, all at once! Our signature hog roast can even be cooked simultaneous, too, just for even more delicious British meatiness to add to your BBQ. With all that on offer it is no wonder we at Hog Roast Bolney have been so busy this summer.
