The ladies were going to enjoy a weekend of fun, with a cocktail-making class, a spa day, lots of shopping, and a delicious Sunday roast to finish off the weekend. For the catering, Hog Roast Pulborough has been hired to provide our classic slow-roasted hog menu, which is sure to go down a treat at the hen party, especially if the guests have been celebrating too hard!
In preparation for this event, the Hog Roast Pulborough team will arrive at the private venue in the morning to prepare for the 3:00pm serving time. We will start our prep by slow-roasting the hog and allowing it to cook for around five hours. Once ready, the pork will be expertly carved and served alongside sage and onion stuffing, homemade applesauce, and crispy crackling. Additionally, we will be providing a variety of delicious side dishes, including roasted baby potatoes, seasonal roasted vegetables, and a thick homemade gravy. Overall, this will create the perfect Sunday roast for the guests to enjoy, which will be perfect after a busy weekend of celebrating.
