Across the warmer months, sports clubs will be hosting all kinds of events to attract new members and to show off what they get up to. Hog Roast Shoreham-by-Sea has plenty of different menus that are perfect for this occasion and we are able to cater to events of any size. Here is just one menu we could provide for you this summer…
Pete is the owner of a local tennis club and is currently finalising the details of the annual club open day that he hosts each summer. The event is hosted as a way to attract more members to the club, but it also provides a fun afternoon for locals to enjoy, with plenty of games and activities on offer, as well as a delicious lunch option on offer. For the last few years, Hog Roast Shoreham-by-Sea has been hired to cater for the occasion with our classic hog roast menu. Since it is always such a success, we will be doing the same this year!
In preparation for the upcoming event, the Hog Roast Shoreham-by-Sea team will arrive at the venue in the morning and set up our catering station in the car park. Our team will start by slow-roasting the hog and allowing it to cook for around five hours. Once cooked to perfection, the pork will be expertly carved and served in fresh bread rolls, alongside sage and onion stuffing, homemade applesauce, and crispy crackling. Additionally, we will be serving marinated chicken kebabs and halloumi and vegetable skewers, as well as homemade chips and a green leaf salad. Overall, this menu has plenty of options for the guests to enjoy and there will definitely be plenty to go around. The Hog Roast Shoreham-by-Sea team always has a great time at this event and we are grateful to have been hired again for another summer!
