The Menu Includes Serving Tables, China Crockery And High Quality Cutlery. With High Quality Disposable Napkins

Main Course Served Buffet Style. Dessert Served To Table

A Spitting Pig chef, catering assistant and waiting staff to arrive on site approximately two hours previous to your chosen serve time.

All dishes to be prepared fresh at your venue while your chosen meat is slowly roasting.

Lay all tables with real crockery and napkins (we are also happy to lay table arrangements, guest lists and wine/water).

As guests arrive canapés will be served by experienced waiting staff. The Spitting Pig is also happy to serve a reception drink as well (provided by you).

The main course will be served as a buffet; the chef will carve your meat while the waiting staff serve the various other dishes.

The dessert will be prepared and dressed and served to the table

(If your require tea, coffee and mints this comes as an additional extra)

All our rubbish to be cleared away discretely and taken off site by The Spitting Pig.
